Swipe Software Terminal Connecting Fix
In Swipe software while it is saying “please wait”:
- Click “OPT” button
- Click “Menu”
- Click “Exit”
- Unplug the terminal
- Relaunch Swipe Software ( it should say “reader not found)
- Plug terminal back in, and it should find the device and work.
If it stalls on please wait. Then you need to send the logs to email@example.com.
