Swipe Software Terminal Connecting Fix

In Swipe software while it is saying “please wait”:
  1. Click “OPT” button
  2. Click “Menu”
  3. Click “Exit”
  4. Unplug the terminal
  5. Relaunch Swipe Software ( it should say “reader not found)
  6. Plug terminal back in, and it should find the device and work.
If it stalls on please wait. Then you need to send the logs to support@path.company.
