Delete Bad Transaction Holding up Batch in PAX A920 or A80

If there is a transaction holding up a batch because of an error, here are the steps to remove it.

1. Call the processor and ask for the bad transaction holding up the batch. (Save the transaction number they tell you.)
2. Click "Func"
3. Click "Settings"
4. Click "Other Settings"
5. Click "Clear Trans"
